Last year Snakes&Lattes created a publishing division. Recently they bought a game making company (Morning Plays) in an all cash deal.

So basically yes, they are also in the publishing business. In fact, a PR was released today in which they explained how their first games are set to be released for this holiday season.

They have a large number of pre orders thanks to Kickstarter, and a firm PO from Walmart.
