actually 40% discount is good IMHO.......most toxic funding is 75% or worse IMHO.

Isnt the company in better shape now that the debt has been reduced ?

Isnt the company in better shape now that it has acquired a revenue producing company ?

Your suggestion the CEO took cash has no merit IMHO.
