How can the PPS for the offering possibly be higher than the current PPS when you can't include the acquisition of Sound Concepts until it happens.

Easily answered. Stop focusing on "today's price" There will not be an offering below .43. Nonsensical negative thinking, imo. This is not a "SCAM" stock as some would have you believe. DD shows. If you believe that this is a scam you should have sold by now. If you believe it is for real you should be buying like crazy at these prices, imo.
