I don’t think I have seen anyone claim to predict this to be over $5 by year end. Some have said that they believe this could hit .50 by year end.

I think with the right conditions and momentum we could see anything from .50-$1 by year end. But $5? I honestly don’t see that happening. At least not for this year.

Things that could make the PPS soar?

1. Publishing- if the games made by Morning become a hit, we could see tons of revenue (and hype for the stock)

2. Franchising- now that the audits are done, interested parties may be more willing to invest in a franchise. There are already 23 in preliminary negotiations. And we know that we should expect at least 8 locations by next year. If that number multiplies itself, it could mean a huge boost for the stock.

3. Up list- once we get off the cesspool that is the Pinks and enter a more respectable trading zone, we will be taken more seriously by more investors with deeper pockets. These last 12 months may have well been a blessing in disguise as so many people have been able to accumulate so much stock. There are less shares available to grab than there were before, so that will naturally drive the price higher once people start to slap the ask.

4. Dividend- The company will eventually announce (before the up list I assume) a date for the spin off and dividend. The dividends you receive will depend on the amount of shares you already own on AMFE. That will prove a huge incentive for buyers to buy more stock.
