Companies have four business days to file a Form 8-K for the events specified in the items in Sections 1-6 and 9 above.

zn's board meeting re victors resignation was aug 31-dont know if the day of the activity counts
the next 2 days were not business days- 1st day after was jewish sabbath,2nd day sunday
the next day-labor day- was also not a business day in the usa where zn is headquartered

so if the count starts the day after the event,zn announced re victors departure on the 4th business day in the us -where zn is located bc labor day was monday sept 3- a three day holiday
