R&D should be more expensive, especially since they did have a commercialized product to sell for a number of years. There should not have been minimum sales and marketing if any in the early years like the first 10-13 years.

Pretty sad commentary speeding over $35 M over 18 years for Sales and Marketing without ever making a single real sale to a client with a commercialized product producing ongoing revenue. Not hard to see how VLDI had to be lining someone pockets.
