Your post was dated July 3rd when you shared your conversation with Janon when he said they'd be current by end of August. Now either he cannot calculate timelines correctly or he out and out lied. He needs to not say anything if he cannot keep his word. It is now mid September and we've yet to see one single update.
I realize most say the SEC won't pursue the actions the 2 top dogs pushing his did BUT they may be just the ones they decide to pursue - - if you talk to him again, tell him to look up the case of MONK with EIGH, as I know for a fact that the SEC called him in, and that if he is going to get his act together he needs to do it by this Friday, September 21st, or this shareholder will personally contact the SEC and/or someone I know who has open communication with the SEC.
I am sick & tired of being manipulated by those running scams and taking my hard earned money to line their pockets and live the high life and I am sitting here wondering when the hell is he going to finally get this in order. I've spent thousands and I will not go away without taking them down. Some have said, not verbatim, "oh, you will hurt your chances of getting your money back if you get the SEC involved." Well, right now, months later I might as well say I will lose $9300 if I can even find a buyer of my shares. I'd rather contact the SEC and make them pay for what they did to us than only get $3200. So, if you or any other shareholder of ABVG plans on contacting him, tell him he needs to get his news out no later than this Friday, 9/21 !!!
