UPDATE--- So I just spoke with Janon on the phone. He explained that they hit a funding/credit snag with filling the order for the "TV spot" (what we all assume is QVC). He said the website being down is because they are changing Web hosts and it should be back up in a few days. He also said that he hopes to be OTC current before the end of August.

For me personally, I am sitting on too many shares to not give it 2 more months. So here's to hoping he was 100% truthful and we get some great answers in the the next 6-8 weeks.
