There are reasons AMFE cannot get the audit signed off on and it is the financial plus the explanations of numbers being reported by AMFE. AMFE has already admitted to several hundred thousands in errors and as far as we know there may be other errors that AMFE does not have documentation for IMO. Very shady. Something isn't adding up here.

Actualy, it's now 18 months since Roger the Audit Dodger and Audacious Liar claimed to have started the audit process. Coming up on almost a year (in December) when he claimed it was 'done'. 

Butt hay, at least you've gott the main point - that RogerDodger's claims about the supposed audit being 'done', 'a few days away', 'only need to work on a couple of footnotes', 'in the next few weeks', then 'soon', and most recently 'I don't know when and quit asking me about it' - is just RogerDodger the Audacious Liar running his bullshit again. Like he did on the Gro3 tweet(s). And many others. 

RogerDodger's supporters claim 'oh, he's just overly optimistic'. No, he lies. That's nott optimism, that's lying. 

So when the UNAUDITED 10-K comes ~OUTT this munff, you won't need to be beginning to think it's a bunch of bullshit, you'll know it for sure, as many of us already do - that Roger the Audit Dodger and Audacious Liar is a lying fraud and no audits are going to be published - nott on "AMFE I" (ticker: AMFE).

100% Correct. Simple Audits like AMFE's just don't take this long unless something in it doesn't add up. Besides the Financials being questionable there must be something that cannot be explained in the Audit Notes IMO. 

There is something wrong or the AMFE Audit would have been signed off months ago and publicly posted. Red Flags!
