we have 1.1 bill shares out as of today, if IF IF another 300 mill is added to that in a S4V swap it would then be 1.4 bill shares!!!!!!! Then after a 21/1 RS it would make the TOS 125,000,000.

Now if you do the S4V first you issue 300 mill that after the split becomes 25,000,000.


SO it can be done before or after but OF THE 300 MILL SHARES only 125,000,000 would be issued and outstanding.

SO if it is not done we then have roughly 100,000,000


The suggestion here was that PART of the 300 could be USED NOT ALL OF THE 300 and still leaves 175,000,000 shares.

This is why it was said a "S4V can take place BEFORE OR AFTER an RS"

I was never suggested THAT WHOLE 300 mill would be used.........

SO issue 300 mill now for the S4V or 25 mill AFTER the RS for the S4V.
