I like the the 2017 financials are audited financials. Most pink sheets are unaudited. Audited financials are quite expensive and by being present here it shows some serious intent of the business administration,

The other thing I see as a positive is that Fred Baumann is a part of the set up. He has a great reputation with these sorts of shells.

Definitely taking a larger position now.
