O/T Keto update - I post this in case there is anyone out there that would like to lose a little weight.

11 days on lazy Keto diet. I don't count fat, protein and carb percentages.

I just cut out sugar and high carb items. I do drink bulletproof coffee in the morning to make sure I am getting a decent amount of fat.

15 lbs in 11 days is what I have lost. Super easy and I still eat as much as I want. Just avoid sugar and carbs.

My goal is to lose 25 more before Thanksgiving and then I will be back to the weight I was when I was in my early 20's in the military. Possibly an unreachable goal but aim higher than you can reach is my motto.
