I see that she has been disposing of over 200K shares over a 2 month period. But I also notice that Trevor has NOT disposed of any.
Now if they are a couple, then perhaps after selling their company , she is selling for money to cover their expenses.

Just a random thought on the matter. Also, she waited a while before doing so.
