Abu the problem is for so long the market came to same reading of insider buying. It’s speculative and usually shows strength because insiders should have more information than outsiders. The issue is when this became norm reaction you would see it used to manipulate stock or even in fraudulent fashions to finagle more money out of investors. This is why how many shares and how many insiders cumulative becomes more heavily analyzed. 33k shares at these prices I wouldn’t read into one way or another
