Experience Partner VISYON Launch New Augmented Reality App For Georgia Public Broadcasting

Disco Learning Media, a division of ProBility Media Corp., has entered into an agreement with Georgia Public Broadcasting to develop a series of educational augmented reality experiences.

Disco will provide instructional design expertise, while Barcelona-based immersive technology partner VISYON will support the AR product development.

GPB will help expose the new educational engaging interactive AR technology to more students.

GPB is pleased to be working with both Disco and VISYON on the development and launch of this new app.

Following a successful beta test in July, GPB plans to roll out the full AR application in October 2018.

Probility Media (OTCPK:PBYA) reports Q1 revenue growth of 243.1% Y/Y to $3.7M

The increase in revenue was due to the growth in online sales resulting from expanded marketing activities, as well as revenue contributions from the acquisitions completed during Q1.

Gross margin increased 1,855 bps to 39.3%.

Total operating expenses were $2.5M (+66.7% Y/Y), the increase was due to growth in advertising and salaries and costs related to being a public company & the newly referenced acquisitions.

In Q1 the company successful acquired North American Crane Bureau Group & Disco Learning Corp, which expanded the company’s existing offerings in the crane and energy educational materials space.
