Validian's history means absolutely nothing, and never has. It is the history of a STARTUP company, and a TECH STARUP on top of that. The only thing that looks worse than a Tech Startup in the years before they finally turn the corner to monetization is a startup pharmaceutical company. The short story is that NO STARTUP looks good until they cease being a startup and are able to maximize their business plan.

BB and OTC penny stocks NEVER look healthy like NYSE or NAZ stocks until their plan comes together, and no one who knows anything about startup penny stocks expects them to. And no amount of insisting that if they do not look like a NYSE or NAZ company they are trash will make it so. That meaningless mantra can be repeated a million times and it will be as false the last time as it was the first.

VLDI will not be a failing company until or unless they fail and they close their doors for good. Failure is NOT defined by a long startup period, even one that is 3-5 years longer than other similar companies. Without a doubt, if VLDI closes its doors it will be officially a failure. But until then, the worst that can be said of them is that they are a frustrating hold that has taken too long to succeed.

One second after they succeed none of that will matter.
