The reason I have UDFI in my portfolio is not by accident, since I own NHF for a while now and NHF continues increasing UDFI so I just curious and bought
UDFI. NHF management guys are smart as foxes. They never put good money in
bad deal. Plus North Dallas area real estate is red hot. I think UDFI is
making money. I put a small % in my portfolio is a wise choice.
