Tomorrow we enter week thirteen on the NICE timeline. The end of week 12 on the NICE timeline means the (discretionary) week twelve letter has gone out (if they are still following the schedule.) The week twelve letter is from NICE to the Company, and it requests any information found to be incomplete by the review committee. The company has ten days to respond.
It would be interesting to know what relevance (if any) this had for planning the mandatory conversion date months ago.
