Well you pretty much answered your own questions with your rant.

And yes soda stream would benefit greatly from a licensing partnership with Pepsi so people can make their own sodas at home.

Just remember everybody though Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat....were all bad ideas until everybody started using them. Nowadays people like doing stuff to make themselves feel important.

Not to mention look at how keurig go big.....started with green mountain coffee and now they have a lock down on kcups.

Simple yet effective.
