I think you're correct...then your only recourse would be to deal with the company privately and those shares would probably be worth even less..


I know most of the banter on here is speculative in nature regarding how this gets settled...

I just hope that everyone will be happy but there are many different scenarios for shareholders based on the timing of their buys and the amount of shares held.
