BTW...CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw deserves to be "discredited"! He's trashed the TAUG shareholders for the better part of 6 years, but continues to line his own pockets with a regular paycheck! When Shaw became the CEO in 2012, the share price was twenty cents. Adjusting for the recent Reverse Split, the share price is now the equivalent of less than .0004, a plummet of 99%! When Shaw became the CEO in 2012, the Outstanding share count was 170 million. Factoring in the recent Reverse Split, the share count ballooned to approximately 4 BILLION, a 23-fold increase! "DILUTION" is Shaw's middle name!

The shareholders have been bludgeoned by Shaw's stupid moves, but CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw continues to get a paycheck! The TAUG BOD is nothing more than a bunch of "boot licking lackie boys"!

Citing a single "win" on BLNK, makes no sense! Try posting the TAUG INVESTMENT COMPANY'S results for all of Shaw's extremely high risk investments! Without doing the calculations, the rough total positive/negative return, since Shaw "folded" after 2 years of sitting around chasing Cowan, is essentially ZERO! IT IS GUARANTEED SHAW HAS MADE MORE MONEY THAN THE ENTIRE GROUP OF TAUG's SHAREHOLDERS, SINCE HE SETTLED WITH COWAN 10 MONTHS AGO! Most INVESTMENT COMPANY MANAGERS only pocket a smallish percentage of the gain! NOT SHAW! He takes it all and perhaps more!

BTW...is the lip goop going to be ready for Christmas? Just my guess...not a chance! The lip goop business was kaput before it ever started!

The conclusion is immensely apparent! CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw has not the foggiest idea about actually running a multi-discipline operating company and the TAUG investors have paid for it!
