Tomorrow (Sept 13) is the final day to file any challenge to Delfin's Change of Control. If nothing is filed, the notice is approved and takes affect as of Sept 28. I also have not seen anything filed as of today.

Your assessment is right on. There are a slew of investors - watching and waiting - who will buy shares hand-over-fist if the sp drops significantly during this waiting period. Traders need to either believe in TGLO and hold steady, or move on to the next shiny thing.
