That was a 100 share trade...who in the EFF (person, retail, etc) in their right mind would buy/sell 100 shares at $0.051 ...that's $5.10 add in the commission of at least $4.95 ...and you're a positive FIFTEEN CENTS????

An MM needed shares, and that MM got it. As for churning in between 7-8...well, those invested wait, and those who cannot, sell...but certainly not 100 shares.

The period for which the Change of Control to be reviewed is 30 days (Aug 29 I think) so it's close to the end of the month before we hear anything substantive. Based on the info I could find on change of control forms re: Delfin, never once did I see (and I could be wrong), any third-party challenge the Change of Control.
