you are kidding!

shares issued for more services. there's no cash at bank. they issue shares at a massive capital loss vs book because truth is there's no book value. this is a fraud on share owners.

"positive development" they issued more shares. $0.55 STRIKE with top-up shares paid since the stock is at twenty eight cents. (split adjusted) it's at two-point-eight-cents.
