September 12, 2018. Sino Agro Food Inc. reports that it issued an aggregate of 463,148 shares of common stock. The new shares have been validly issued and are fully paid up. The shares have been used for employee compensation with a share price of 0.55 USD/share. As a result, there are now 46,043,356 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
