I disagree, with less than a year of cash and uncertainty about any agreements, they decided to gain enough cash for more than a year and built in additional 20+ million. No company is going to run the cash to zero because they are expecting a deal. This actually gives them more strength in negotiations instead of running very low on cash. One fair deal will give them cash for an additional year.
