I wanted to believe that too Chemist but they had 40m on the books. Any deal would have jumped the share price considerably. Going for offering then would have generated far more money. If any deal is on the table have to assume it’s outside the length of time that 40m would have bought them. Otherwise they are just the biggest idiots alive
