NCBchBoy, not sure Zion could pay more attention.

The issue is the attention has all been negative. As long term shareholders, we need some sort of good news from somewhere.

Considering that the documents have been submitted to the SEC, hopefully, that matter will be closed out soon. It would be very nice to get some news that would finalize that situation, and I think it's the only bit of good news we have to look forward to until October 19 when we begin testing again.

I keep asking myself why Mr. Carrillo had to leave at this crucial point in time. First he makes statements within the press releases that we cannot comment on the commerciality of the MJ#1, when, as an exploratory well, MJ#1 would otherwise be considered extremely successful. Except of course, for the unrealistic expectation that it would be converted to a productive well.

Then there is the SEC subpoena. IMHO, this was caused by the short interest via fuzzy panda and Ms. H. Whether it has any true basis has yet to be seen, but I do not believe it does.

In the midst of this, Zion, because they have unrealistically raised investor expectations, now has to tell everyone that the MJ#1 is not YET a commercial well.

There's a Reservoir within an Active Petroleum License within a well that is not yet commercial, the SEC is asking for documents, and this is the time that the CEO decides that it's time to move on because he needs a life change?

We long term shareholders haven't been through enough? Come on Zion, get it together and stop helping the short interest. Figure out what you can do to help the long term shareholder. This needs to be done in the natural. We are all praying, but we need a natural positive act.

Now, do not take this as a criticism. This is a natural response to a natural situation. We consistently hear how everything the company does is in the interest of the long term shareholder.

The CEO deciding that now is the time to move on is NOT in the interest of the long term shareholder. He couldn't stick around for a couple of months prior to going off to find himself?

Raising shareholder expectation by talking about converting an exploratory well to production is NOT in the interest of the long term shareholder.

Deal correctly with the natural and be transparent with your long term shareholders. To date, you have been delivering the news only the short interest could love.

Still standing firm! Looking forward to our next move! Let's hope it comes soon.
