You need to think of why Elituv did the R/S.

I have thought about it, and it puzzles me as to why a R/S
took place when there was absolutely no reason for it.

I have researched "Positive Reasons" for an R/S, and so far I can
only speculate on a couple of them:
1) Raise the pps for an uplist
2) Huge Acquisition

Whatever the reason, something public needs to get disclosed soon
to explain recent Material Events.
