Sheeeeesh! No one is shorting these shares, and no one can short these shares. There isn't a brokerage in the Country that will allow anyone to short a stinky pinkie stock like PMPG, trading at this sub-penny level. It simply cannot be done.

IB apparently at one time allowed some shorting of certain micro-cap stocks, but not ones trading at these sub-penny levels with no business history, and even then the 800%+ margin requirements made it prohibitively expensive and too risky even for those who were experienced short sellers.
