The two posts you are referring to are UO! IP.... same company. That has nothing to do with UOIP...

My thoughts are (and some business guy correct me if I am wrong)

Why would Carter keep UO! IP going if he transferred all the 400K shares that UO! IP owned into common stock UOIP ~900M shares? So he could pay tax on a company that holds no value?

All Carters shares are common owned by him. Since he has over half of UOIP he controls the action.. I am comfortable with that! And more importantly you should “hang in there”
