Phillip Frost and his associates involved in the stock manipulation scheme will be asked to pay a fine and restitution. Oh wow what a harsh penalty, are you kidding me. Somebody on the street stealing a thousand bucks does jail time. Billionaires get away with this type of scheme and regular folks get really punished.
