Actually, I think American companies should get first consideration on FDA clearance, if there are foreign companies in the pipeline concurrently. I will even go further. Of course, BIEL and the FDA have a history which we all for the most part, are aware. The FDA knows BIEL's modus operandi unequivocally. They also know the technology, in question, intimately. So, thus, if all considered, the FDA should have cleared BIEL's Full Body yesterday, so to speak. IMHO!!
