Wanna invest in AMFE? Look up Snakes&Lattes. That is the main driving force of the stock. It’s an ACTUAL business that makes ACTUAL money (imagine that) and is ACTUALLY expanding.
They are about to BREAK into the US market. A new location in Tempe AZ, was COMPLETELY FUNDED by a PRIVATE INVESTOR, but will become a CORPORATE location. New LOI have been submitted for 4 more locations, and by this time next year we could see 10 locations (or more!) for Snakes&Lattes.
The business consists of a mix between retail/locations; distribution and [now] publishing.
The business model has been in play and perfected the past 8 years.
They are working diligently on obtaining new distribution deals. Currently have many EXCLUSIVE distribution rights to many games in Canada, and many Kickstarter campaigns prefer to distribute their games through Snakes&Lattes.
They recently acquired Morning Plays (a game making company) in an ALL CASH DEAL for $150k, and recently announced that WALMART issued a PO worth “...over 6 digits” [XXX,XXX]. This is very telling because this deal could cover what the Amfil Technologies paid for Morning Plays. The curious part? The games have not even come out yet. They are expected to come out for this holiday season. Furthermore the games made by Morning Plays will help improve the gross margin of the company, because once the game is made, they can continue to sell it and gain money from it as long as they want to. This is akin to how software helped Microsoft gain higher gross margins for their earnings.
