Court Proceedings > We have continued to see pacer updates, we know there are documents being looked at, valuations being discussed, and expert report exchange dates.

We also know the schedule is laid out, the judge is done with delays, and that we are in a position of power. PTAB wins are underrated and quite valuable. We have discussed statistics related to PTAB success and also seem to agree that this doesn't make it to trial.
