I can't remember - had Dr. Bosch indicated how many LTFU's there were in his presentation? Was it mentioned in the journal?

Why do we think there is a LTFU in-between 23.1 and 36 months?

Just wondering if the 11 is rock solid.

After reviewing the ASCO 2018 video (Marnix Bosch), I found 3 additional step downs beyond 36 months. Video 19m,22s. Look at the end of the methylated curve between month 36 and month 37 ½.

207 step downs prior to 36 months and 3 step downs beyond 36 months as of March 2017.

WOW - you win the medal for having an eagle eye for both spotting those step downs in the video (I looked - you are right. I had to take a screen shot and then blow it up), and for even thinking to look closer at that image in the first place. Yes - there appear to be 3 step downs in the methylated arm, and some sort of a blob on the unmethylated arm past 36 months. Could the blob be a 4th? The line after the blob doesn't seem to drop so I'm doubting that's a step down.

So you're going with 13 LTFUs and not adding any more than 3 to the 44 past 36 months?

I have 64 before 36 months - you have 67. I felt pretty good about my count of 64 as I think I got the same numbers when I counted them on the overall chart and the split charts. But of course, I could be wrong. I'll revisit them again.

I mean, I'd think there'd have to be some events well past those 3 events you observed right after 36 months to create a presumed mOS of 88.2. So if there were just 10 LTFs, and there are 3 that we can see evented after passing 36 months, that's

64 alive less than 36 months + 44 alive more than 36 months = 108 + 10 LTFUs + 207 events before 36 months + 3 after 36 months + 3 more who died after 36 months.

That would give us 44 alive after 36 months plus 6 events after 36 months.
