If you read that carefully, it doesn't say when anything will happen other than:

The data and information will be assembled to form a dossier to be reviewed by an independent scientific panel for determination of GRAS status, immediately prior to commercial sales.

As far as I know, there is no known date for commercial sales outside of "later this year" .... assumed to be later in 2018. This based on the "update" on the Nutriquest trial results that had to be redone.

As you may recall, all of this was supposed to happen "1st half of 2018". Here we are ..... end of 3rd quarter 2108 and it's crickets.

Bottomline, there is no indication GRAS will be soon ..... like not within the next month ..... as an example. Since everything moves at a snails pace with this company, my earliest expectation is presently in the middle of 4th qtr ...... somewhere in the neighborhood of the shareholders meeting so Dahl has something to toot his horn over. Otherwise we are probably looking at "later this year" becoming "early next year".

It is amazing how little is accomplished on an annual basis with this mgmt.
