Are you playing up on estates post from last night?
He stated the opposite of what you imply, as it would have already happened if such was the case, IMO.

If it however is true, I'd be investing in the company that is run by CEO of cronos. --> RLTY.U / TDRLY(OTC)
They will reap more benefits than PNTV from any such future transaction if it were to happen, as they would own a percentage of PNTV and therefore PNTV would have less profit margin...

It would be a good way/best alternative for PNTV to get non-toxic financing tho.
