On the Rowan Ralph Coffman location, I have nothing at this time because I haven’t checked.

Unless I find info to the contrary, my assumption is that is operating as a properly managed rig would be.

I am currently involved in some intensive real estate acquisition tasks that suck up most of my time.

If someone wishes to locate valuable (and legal) data points, I recommend a polite call to the TA and ask the current share structure (# outstanding, #restricted common shares and # (if any) preferred shares issued)

The other data point I would search for is any rig evacuation/damage/resumption info from BOEM and/or specifically the Ralph Coffman. Investor Relations for GSPE would probably respond to a properly worded inquiry by email.

If you ask IR “what’s up with the share price, who’s selling, or why don’t you do a PR?”, they will likely delete your email as it would indicate that you’re unaware of what their role is and that you’re a newbie investor
