Flyersfan, I never said they filed the financials. I stated that I believe they have compleated them except for 2015. 2015 the company changed hands and some crucial info might have been deleted by prior ownership. You can not skip filings if your ticker is setup as a reporter. If SPCL converted to a Voluntary Filer then most likely the Financials for 2016-current would have occurred.
Again Flyersfan, pay attention. Read things twice before your u misconstrue and make an ass out of me and you.
