doingmybest - you, and lyriki are right - I also forgot that the 38 patients for which meth and unmethylated have got to be accounted for, and they would't be on this separated graph.

As for the drop judgement... I eyeballed it.

So I went back and applied a red bar - you can see it starting at patient 36 where it represents exactly the drop.

At 42, 46, 48, and 49 - which are all a bit longer, I counted it as one patient. 49 is a little iffy - and I previously had 2 patients there - but I've revised that. But it's obviously a bit longer, although I don't see how it can represent half a patient.

Anyhow... this is my next draft of that count, and of course, it could be wrong.

But now, at least, I've accounted for the 38 unknown, which leaves about 52 possibly over the 36 month mark.
