I see major news hitting most likely premarket Monday.

We are due an 8k on the $5,000,000 equity line and most likely on notes being bought back.

Beyond that - the Wellington deal could be close to done as well.

Who knows but the equity is due for an 8k if nothing else and Brian’s been pretty quiet so I’d bet he’s been planning something big to announce.
