$PNTV Spin it how you want but no one questions how $PNTV picked up this $11M+ revenue producing op for only $5M..just dumb luck? They stole it? They're negotiating guru's? Super deal? Someone owed them a favour? Come on, seriously. You're ignoring the big picture, as electricity cost rise greenhouse or not, every single thing in the market is affected. Ontario, Canada ...spitting example. The previous Liberal government mismanaged electricity so much that costs have gone through the roof for everyone, over 300 companies have left the province. Kraft/Heinz, Campbell Soups, etc. Why do business in Ontario when you can do it an hour across the border in Buffalo / NY State for 40% cheaper. Heck, Michigan is pretty close too, they are more than happy to take the business. So why was this $11M op spun off for such a discount at $5M to $PNTV? Maybe because the previous owner's saw what was coming? Ignore the fact that $PNTV already has small profit margins. When electricity starts to climb whether they use a lot of electricity or not, every single thing around it will be affected & will also start to climb eating into what is an already small profit margin. $PNTV needs to figure out a way to control their costs, it's already costing them a lot to bring their current product to market and that cost is about to start increasing. Yes, the cost would apply to all growers but California isn't in some protected magical bubble. There are a lot of much larger players growing the same product outside of California at a much smaller cost. Two of those are major players as you're aware, CannaRoyalty & Canopy and both have stated they are moving forward to focus on the California market. If major players who produce the same product at a lesser cost move into the market $PNTV is just starting up in & trying to penetrate...where does that leave $PNTV? ... you know the answer & it's NOT "going to the moon".
