Newbies..Be careful not to fall for all the Hype.

Only 16K revenue this year and No announcement of an anemic Hawaii for his many employees that have already left the company. People like CHO saw the writing on the wall.

Be careful and do your own DD, the Hypsters will tell you what they want to for their own benefit.

We have one employee training the World right now..not good and still 8K per Q.


We are a 16K company buying a 20 Million dollar company and 25 Million needed in dilutional shares.

There has been No PR's for 5 months..Holding off of news can be construed as timing manipulation.


No Subscription updates..None.


Not even One new school district across the great USA!
