Going to go ahead and disagree with you here. You cannot fault shareholders for heading to the exit once the R/S was proposed. This PR today has clearly been ready for release for a while now. What was the purpose of holding it off until this week?

This is 100% on the company, I do not blame people for taking losses after this shitshow of a past weekend.
