I'm not frustrated or surprised with ABCO or David with IR. I spoke with him once and could tell he was rude and obnoxious. Therefore I didn't invest any money I couldn't afford to lose but I made the decision and will hold all shares.

I can tell you this, ABCE price will never stay above .01 for ten days if they follow through with the RS....LOL. Hope you're reading this David.

Send your frustrations to IR man. Who cares if we overload their inbox. They need to know how majorly they fucked up and that this will likely cost them their company. S1 financing wont go through if they can't get QB status.
