what is "he" bringing

MFST has no product and may be some specialist pharmacy services that I am sure other can supply or if not there is a very good reason (like you cannot make money doing it)

He can get to $4 a share with another reverse split easily but will never ever be no NASDAQ if you can only sell one device a year.
