My guess is that they (AMRN stats guys) already have the topline results for the PE.

IMHO,
1) they didnt do sh!t during the holiday weekend, and only started analyzing on Monday. since the PE value is almost imminent and assuming its positive, someone who knows something leaked the number. hence the calls volume.

2)the delay might be due to them wanting to release the SE results as well, and not the topline PE number.
im not sure how many SE there are, but that might be the thing that delays it. lets say it took them additional 2-3 days to analyze it as well as double and triple check everything, they might have the results already but have 4 days to PR it.

so if 1+2 are correct, they will have the final confirmed results on Friday and might delay it till Monday.

due to this theory, i know change my red flag statement to results by Monday.
