We've tried to pry it out of him for so long it's now a game that he's turned in to a mysterious FYEO state secret of some importance lol. He keeps a thatch/reed basket on the counter that always stays full with rarely an inferior fruit. It doesn't affect his beer and booze biz which stays consistently healthy, but seems to have helped his deli sales.

It's a nice warm destination with a nice mix of familiar and young family member's faces, some being real characters, like grandpa who sits on a stool by the lottery machine rubbing scratch offs all day. He won a million dollar plus ticket about 5 years ago, old fart.
