Exactly...fresh Gallant Brand shares, not tarnished SOUPQ ones. You so nailed it, flptrnkng, the bankruptcy wiped out old shareholders. Privately-held Gallant probably compensated Hagan for any hit from the bankruptcy and he is busy building their biz. Old SOUPQ shares are now just napkins for folks slurping soup. Lol.
